Here at Excellent Auto, we founded this company upon the knowledge that the most important element of any transport is the carrier, their reputation and insurance as well as the proposed dates of pick up and delivery.
Excellent Auto presents the dispatch, and if you approve, I contract with them. Your deposit portion of the total is not due until the time you authorize a dispatch.
Insurance for your vehicle is covered in the total transport price and Excellent Auto has an “Every Dispatch, Every Vehicle” policy to have the carrier’s insurance company fax us the certificate holder to ensure license and bond are valid and current. This certificate is always available to you upon your request as not all insurance is created equal.
You don’t pay a dime until you authorize a dispatch with one of our truck partners! Most companies will require you to give them a deposit when you place your order, which is non-refundable even if they don’t transport your car! Most brokers dispatch without presenting carrier information and dates to you, the client!
NO UP-FRONT DEPOSIT means you leave your credit card in your wallet where it belongs until we schedule the dispatch.
Your details matter to us! We want to know everything about your transport if it is important to you: your timing and whether you have critical dates, your vehicle specifications or important issues to the family.
